I rarely used to come to pollo loco but a couple months ago i started coming here and i mainly come around 6-8pm bc of work but i wanted to recognize the cook that always make my chicken freshly grilled, his name starts with an E. but he does an excellent job at making chicken also helps with any questions you have. I only ever order when he’s there that way my chicken hits everytime with flavor!!!!

I have been to different pollo loco locations and this one is my favorite. I go there about 4 times a week because my kid loves the grill chicken. I must say I have always had a good experience at this place. Jessica has served me many times and she’s the best. She’s always in a good mood. Good food, great customer service

This Tostada taste really good freshly made , fresh pico de gaio, sliced Avocado , chicken chunks .. Coca Cola drink was cold with ice . Tasted great would order again.

Hands down the Best Pollo I’ve had! I’m new to Las Vegas and I kept hearing a good amount of people recommending this place. Quick and friendly customer service. I am happily surprised to see how well they are taking care of the customers safety due to COVID-19 so that’s even more reassuring. I got the DOUBLE CHICKEN AVOCADO SALAD

Food is amazing. But one of the cashiers acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking if I could have my change back because the change machine was out of change. The bathrooms weren't the best and the place smelt off. But, the chicken was amazing.

The food was AMAZING! The person who took my order was fair. He appeared to be the manager by his attire and demeanor. Only gave 4 stars because I was missing an item. I had to get back in the long line to get it corrected. However, it was worth it and the issue was handled promptly and courteously. I also didn't like the fact that the plastic ware wasn't in a sealed bag... overall, I WOUL DEFINITELY RETURN BACK TO THAT LOCATION... Twenty dollars wasnt bad for two large meals! Chicken was GREAT!!! AND FRESH!...OH! AND WHATEVER THOSE GREEN SAUCES WERE... THEY'RE IMPECCABLY DELICIOUS!... Visiting from GEORGIA

I want to recognize Edgard, the grill master at this El Pollo Loco, for delivering some of the best chicken I’ve ever had — consistently, every single visit. His work is the reason I choose this location, and honestly, I only come here when I know he’s on the grill. The chicken he prepares is always perfectly cooked — juicy, flavorful, beautifully charred, and never dry. You can tell he takes real pride in his craft and cares about the quality of every order that leaves his station. It’s rare these days to see someone so dedicated and precise in their work.
